Clinical information

M/39. Presented with difficulties in micturition and change in bowel habit for 2 months. Laparotomy was performed. There was an intraabdominal mass beneath the omentum, wrapping around appendix. The mass appeared to originate from the rectosigmoid junction, measuring 15 x 10 x 8 cm.
